Breakfast options were lackluster. Housekeeping rushed to clean our already late 2 hour late-not-ready room & did a poor job. She didn't want to share adequate linen, towels & toiletries. The African Valet parking guy was caught speeding, jerking & slamming on breaks in MY truck, inside of the parking garage! I was supposed to stay in the handicap parking space anyway, in which we reserved prior to arrival! Not cool. I didn't appreciate that one bit. Also. They need to know. When guests want their vehicles, the need to let the vehicle HEAT UP FIRST! Roxanne was very kind & helped my family a lot! Thank her for the "Paul" family!

The hotel was very good location and very clean tho we would have liked the bedding to be changed at least once we where there for 6 nights and will be hopefully returning in the new year, the breakfast was very good there was a good lot on offer

Hot water for tea in the lobby always runs out. Breakfast is a joke. But I do want to give credit to their room service. They are considerate, responsive, even to our special requests.

Clean. Staff friendly. Very good breakfast. The room was quiet from noise outside (room 325). VICTOR was a wonderful valet. He was very kind to my son that has some special needs. My son told us that Victor was his new best friend. ☺️

Second time staying at this hotel. It's convenient and not in the busy city. Hotel staff very friendly. Wish their was not a parking fee. Overall very good stay with the breakfast option. Doors look at a certain time and need to be let in by staff. Good safety feature. Will definitely stay again.
