My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. Located in Marrakech (Medina), Riad Jona is within a 10-minute walk of Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahia Palace.
The staff was helpful. The spaces were clean. The environment was quaint and peaceful. My only issue is that if you have an early check out and you’re not in the main building, good luck.

A stay at Palais Moulay Said & SPA places you in the heart of Marrakech, within a 10-minute walk of Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahia Palace.
The hotel exceeded all our expectations, so much that I’m planning on booking my next visit with them. This time with our kids. Location, perfect. Walking distance to the square. Rooms, basic but exceptionally clean and beautiful decor. Breakfast, again, not grand but great selection.
