Polite staff - dirty bathroom

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and were supposed to stay to Wednesday. We had two rooms, one of which smelled of cigarett-smoke, but we could change room. Both our rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was dirty. The mirrors were dirty, the sink, shower and toilet were also dirty. Like it was only wiped with a dry cloth. The entire hotel seemed like it hasnยดt been washed for a while. Other than this the staff were polite and eager to please. But they spoke very little english - this we were able to find a way around using apps. If it hadnยดt been for the dirty bathroom and overall apperance it would have gotten a higher rating!

Good Place to stay, cheap and helpful

Very low cost, not too out of the way (right next to a bus stop that takes you straight to Jeju Bus Terminal, where you can get to pretty much everywhere else on the island). Bunch of places to eat just around it including a real mexican place (uncommon in Korea) a five minute walk away. Room was very comfortable, if a little hot. Only major complaints are the lack of laundry service, and there was a leak in my bathroom that caused a pool of water in the middle of the floor for my entire stay. I was too lazy to complain and just dealt with it, but the cleaning staff didn't seem to notice it either...

Good hotel, close to many attractions including beach (~10/20 mins by taxi) and attractions such as city center (~10 mins taxi), loveland (~5 mins taxi), surrounded by local restaurants/bars/clubs.
