Ottfo is a wonderful place, with excellent food, fabulous views and helpful staff. There are ongoing challenges with electricity and internet, but that is due to location. This is not a crowded urban environment.
The natural beauty of the resort way more than compensates for occasional outtages. Prices are reasonable, and the main street is a short, but steep, walk away.
There are villager animals nearby, so you may hear goats and sheep and cows articulating,
I stayed for one week, would have happily stayed longer.
