Our stay was very enjoyable, and we had a great time. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach and the supermarket whenever we needed something. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattresses, as two out of the three bedrooms in our villa had mattresses with noticeable dips, which caused some back pain. We didn’t complain since it was just a weekend stay, but despite that inconvenience, we had a wonderful experience with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back!

There was mold in one of our rooms and had no bath towels. They sent maintenence to clean the mold - he tried to wipe it off but it didnt come off and front desk didnt care. We also had no bath towels and when we asked they said to use what we had in the room - hand towels. So we had to use the same small hand towels for 3 days before getting regular bath towels. Interior is very plain, but the outside of the property was nice and we did enjoy the outside seating area of our villa. Overpriced budget property but with a nice exterior and good location.

Location

The proximity to Jan Thiel beach and restaurants is perfect. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes walk which was very convenient. We found both pool areas very nice, but the main pool seating arrangements are mostly cabanas, so we found there was a shortage of loungers most days. We are at the restaurant for lunch and one breakfast. The food was just okay. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe apartment and really enjoyed the balcony. There are stairs and no elevator, so a little tough getting the luggage up and down but it’s manageable. We did need a converter to charge anything in our room. Plenty of parking around the resort. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Recently stayed a week. Great location to Jan Thiel beach and area. Grocery store nearby was handy. Disappointed in hotel amenities as an only provided coffee the first day (3 Nespresso pods), 2 bottles of water and not replenished. Our fridge leaked, safe did not work and we mentioned a few times and door did not have a dead bolt. It was a good room just to sleep but very basic in all the other amenities. Thanks Kelly

This is our second time staying there. We really enjoyed the private pool and our 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious. The staff is always very attentive and nice. 5 min walks from the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

You pay for what you get. If you are looking for a hotel just to shower, sleep and go then this is your best bet. Other than that do not expect much at all. We stayed for 7 days and it was average, the check in process was poor (waited for 30 mins after a 7 hour flight), the hotel room was flooded at the corner of the bed and the ceiling had moulds. If you are renting a car, then parking is very difficult to get as the entire is area is always filled, do not expect a parking to be designated to you. Based on what we saw in the picture of the room was completely contrary to what we received. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to a friend.
