We are not very picky about our hotel stays but there were several things here that just weren't great.
The location is good, close walk to PIM1, 2, and 3. But we all got only 1 card per room which was on occasion tricky. The second day our room was not cleaned, while our kids were 'bothered' at 8am to have their room cleaned before we even left. We had to remind them to get our laundry. We had to ask for extra toiletpaper multiple times. Just a whole lot of little things that were not very well organized. The staff was very friendly and trying hard but it eas just not our best experience.
Had to upgrade the room to Junior Suite due to problem with the bed. The Sales Manager was a great help. Staff was helpful. Location is great. Wifi is unreliable.
The hotel is very run down, there were water spots in my room, the bathroom showerhead was rusty, the internet only worked in the lobby area, it was spotty at best in the rooms, also I went for a massage and the lady offered me a “happy ending”, not my cup of tea and I felt very disrespected.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable with free bottled water, wifi was fast enough to watch Netflix and do FaceTime, breakfast was ok, staff friendly, location is good for Mall and nearby offices. Negatives: mini-fridge and safe in room didn't work, morning prayer at mosque next door woke me up and traffic noise was bad (even on 8th floor)!
The hote is average (at best). Facilities weren’t the greatest. Staff were polite but the language barrier made communication slightly challenging.
Having said, the location was great for my purpose.... my meetings were held in either Pondok Indah or Gandaria and hence the location of the hotel was great.
Besides the location, I wouldn’t shout out that this was the best hotel in Jakarta. It certainly was not BAD but I would have expected the experience to be much better.
I make comparisons with several service apartments I usually stay at when in Jakarta...eg The Ascott or Fraser or Somerset franchise where the quality of the rooms and service staff are visibly higher.
But each traveller has different opinions and expectations .... these are just my observations and it does not reflect the opinion of others.
