Overall good property and lot of things to do inside property with kids as well. May be to some extent their bathrooms can be improved, sizes are very small.

The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night from 2230 hours onwards for about an hour or so. It is not understood why construction work has to be done at that time. Thirdly, the hotel should employ a trained South Indian cuisine cook--- the breakfast served of dosa , tomato & coconut chutneys & sambar was pathetic & totally substandard.

Incredible stay with a mind-blowing view from the balcony. Staff were a pleasure to deal with and willing to help with every aspect of the stay. Restaurant was superb quality and great value. Highly recommended

Stay was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. View from 3rd floor, cafeteria is amazing, smow capped dhauladhar ranges are clearly visible. We had a great family time during the Christmas and New Year vacation.

Less staff

Had a very pleasant 3 day stay at the Regenta Resort. Very nice property and very hospitable staff. Would recommend this hotel for a short break in Dharamsala. Since the hotel has no lifts and is located on several levels, it may not be suitable for elderly guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs.
