5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality.

"Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. Nice smaller hotel. Access to room a little complicated. Pleasant room and bath. Quiet and well located. Nice breakfast. Parking a little challenged.
