We loved this property! It had plenty of beds and baths. It was very clean. We loved all the extras like scooters, a wagon, water toys, the game room, hot tub, and upper patio. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very quaint location with a very relaxed vibe to it. The room we stayed in had an owl theme to it which was just fine. When you stay at this vacation home in Ivins, you'll be in the mountains, within a 5-minute drive of Desert Rose Park and Santa Clara River Reserve.
The pool was ok not completely full and hot tub not completely full. Did get a hold of host and it was corrected and kids enjoyed! Other than those bumps. A great weekend for all of us. Definitely would recommend this spacious place.
