1)banheiro mal planejado onde o box é grudado na lateral do vaso sanitário fazendo com que o usuário tenha que "sentar de lado" pra conseguir usar. 2)janela do banheiro (basculante) toda suja pelo lado externo com manchas de tintas e poeira grudada demonstrando que há muito tempo não é limpa (fiz um vídeo e mostrei na recepção). 2)café da manhã incluso mas não é no mesmo prédio, é preciso ir para outro hotel na mesma rua e nele não havia lugares suficientes fazendo com que os hóspedes tivessem que esperar numa fila do lado de fora mesmo chegando no início do horário. 3)funcionário da recepção demonstrava pouca vontade, fazendo questão de mostrar insatisfação, cheguei a ouvi-lo reclamar em voz alta pela chegada de mais hóspedes e ele estava sozinho, sua expressão e gestos era como se o hotel estivesse fazendo um enorme favor para o hóspede como se fosse gratuito. Enfim fica aquela lição do tipo PELO PREÇO QUE ESTÁ PAGANDO SE CONTENTE COM ISSO.

Ar condicionado em péssimas condições, somente uma tomada de luz no quarto para a televisão, porta do banheiro não permite chegar até o espelhp, não abre, bate na pia (sugere-se colocar uma porta sanfonada), cobertores velhos e que me causaram alergia. Precisa melhorar as condições. Café da manhã muito bom no Hotel Pires.
