Great location

The location is perfect and the proximity to the Istiklal street is best. The rooftop breakfast is a great one with beautiful views. The concierge was very helpful in guiding. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful in considering our concerns. We were there for 3 nights, had a wonderful time there. I recommend this property.

Needs a good clean!

Have stay in this property on a number of occasions but this time rm1501, found black mode in the shower. Cleaner let herself in the room without knocking. And generally found the staff uninterested. Not what i have experienced before, maybe under new management?

Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day.

It was Soo noisy at night we couldn’t sleep well; air conditioning was central can’t get access the room was hot and supposed to be smoking free but it wasn’t u can smell it in our room and they charged us for using the coffee in the end of our stay almost $55 which is a lot
