Issues encountered

First of all, we had to contact the agent to get the check in information and procedures. Normally those should be given to us. On our arrival, we realised that there were dirty dishes. Plus there was no hand soap. For the price we paid, tbe internet wasnt good. We had difficulties connecting and accessing different websites. There was no toilet paper, when we arrived.

Bed/mattress is old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in unit was very low sink/shower. Room was extremely heat temp control was not assessible for room occupants. No security checks for vehicles entering the facility. On-site personnel need to have a standardized check-in process that covers all pertinent information for new quests to avoid unnecessary incidents with staff.

Ben ailemle konaklama uapacağım için ev konforu sağlasın istedim ama malesef temizlik konusunda kesinlikle iyi değil hatta evin eşyaları konusunda baya elden geçmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum wifi çalışmıyor salonda koltuk kötü ev kesinlikle temiz değil ve içeride sigara kokusu çok yoğundu ki sigara içilmez oda tercih etmeme rağmen havlular kötü sıvı sabun dahi yok banyo giderlerinde koku var çözülmesi gerekir ama ev sahibi iletişimi gayet iyiydi çözüm sağlamaya çalıştı ama konaklama yapan dairelerde gürültü problemi var yada benim şansıma öyle denk geldi gecenin uygun olmayan saatlerinde anlamsız bir gürültüyle 2 gece uyandım onun dışında ev konumu marketlere çok yakın otopark problemi yok ama en önemli konu hijyen oda malesef sıkıntılı😅ev sahibinede bildirdim umarım çözüm sağlar
