This is my first time in Turkey, as a tourist I would say this hotel is very safe and clean. The hotel provided us whatever we requested (they give clean water whenever you request it). The room service was really good, the lady was very efficient and cleaned the room really well. The receptionist helped us with our bags when we arrived and also when we left. The receptionist Mohammed knew how to speak English whereas the others didn’t so it’s best if you download google translation (nothing wrong with them not knowing just a suggestion to any tourist visiting this hotel) The cons were the room was small for us and they had not checked my booking as they said it was for 3 people whereas I had paid for 4 people (didn’t bother me as the hotel room was very clean and organised). I would recommend tourist to pay the extra amount for the breakfast as the two cafes we went to around the area, the breakfast was expensive and small portions (not worth it) The cafe next to the hotel called “boro” was amazing and worth trying. The area is far from the central and tourist sites (30minute drive). There is a path way down to get taxi is a 3min walk, to get to central it’ll cost you around 450lira (which is around $17). Would recommend tourist to book closer but this hotel is pretty affordable and a good stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of a huge mall and a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Throw in the 24-hour gym (that is not a given in Turkey) and the truly exceptional and considerate customer service, and I would gladly stay here again. They stored our bags while we had a free day before our flight and took many other such steps to go above and beyond in their service of us.

We had a great stay at Gleam Bemonté Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Ali at the front desk, who was very helpful during our stay. We opted for early check-in for €45, which also included breakfast, so it was worth it. Barış, our waiter at breakfast, was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely touch was the cheesecake and drinks that were brought to us in our room—it really made us feel welcomed and cared for. They stored our luggages which allowed us to explore the city prior to our flight to Bali. Mahir, the evening front desk clerk in consultation with the manager allowed us to use their amenities even after we have checked out while waiting for our shuttle. Truly appreciated that. The only small downside is the location—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, but manageable if you enjoy walking. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service!

Wonderful service. This area is not as touristic as old city, so enjoy fair prices and english speaker shops. Shopping everywhere around Gleam.

Conveniently located in sisli area and most of the stuff are on walking distance. The AC temperature set to 18 and i am unable to change the temperature, Called the helpdesk and they tried to change the temperature but no luck. Eventually i have stop the AC and just used the fan. Breakfast is good l, doesn’t have lot of varieties but enough to start your day. They don’t have trolley to transfer your luggage but hotel staff was kind enough to help with the luggage.

We only stayed there one night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but nice. Not an ideal area for checking out the historical part of istabul but we had an overnight layover so we didn't need to be in the heart of Istanbul. Staff did push us hard to use one of their taxis but we were able to get a taxi to the airport for only 1000 liras.

Room was spacious enough. Relatively quiet area in busy Şişli. Close to local market. 5-8 min walk from Main Street in Şişli where you can find shops locally priced and not a tourist trap. Just look for Şişli cami in your map app and you’ll get there. Breakfast buffet just average which isn’t a bad thing.
