The rooms are spacious and quite nice. Interior of the hotel is a bit tired. For example the sauna and swimming pool areas are dark and dated. Location is central. If you’re driving, it’s a little tricky to get to it but once you’ve gotten a hang of it, it’s fine. Valet parking is fine; the area is crowded and a bit loud but that’s the downside of being in the heart of the city. Staff was a mixed bag - some were friendly and helpful and others rude and self-serving. Overall good experience. 4 stars.

Needs repair jacuzzi tub and should have it done before check in. Telephone out of services has to get it done during staying can’t call for room services. Things for uses in the bathroom such as glass shower caps towels should have enough for 2 people or an extra in the single room but staying 2 prs and paying Superior

Lovely place great location, close proximity to restaurants shops atms. Traveled as solo female did not feel unsafe at all. Lovely pool, just didnt like the fact that not only did I need to wear a pool cap I had to purchase one there and it kept slipping.

The cleaning service was very high quality. Our room was cleaned and furniture was changed every day. The reception staff was helpful and you can get all the necessary information from them. The breakfast was very nice and varied.

The hotel was very good and close to the bus and Taksim Square. It could have been better, but thanks to the hotel staff who helped us, it was really nice—especially Ms. Hengameh, who was very helpful. Highly recommended!
