I recently stayed at Elite World Istanbul Taksim Hotel for one week, and I can say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The hotel itself is exceptionally well maintained, with comfortable rooms, high standards of cleanliness, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Every detail from the quality of the facilities to the attentiveness of the staff reflects a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. I would especially like to highlight Hengameh from the Guest Relations team, whose support truly made my stay outstanding. She demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout my visit. Hengameh went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was smooth and comfortable, always checking in with genuine care and promptly addressing any requests or questions I had. Her calm manner, warm personality, and willingness to help made a significant difference and created a truly memorable experience. Some of the staff was courteous. Hotel didn’t reserve transportation from airport on time as requested. As a result, I ended up spending about two hours waiting for the hotel to resolve the issue. Finally they got me a dingy old beat up van to pick me up from the airport, and I had to pay $70 for the ride. They argued that I didn’t reserve transportation on time, but I had provided proof of screen shots of text conversations. Secondly just as a heads up to any booking this hotel. Pay attention to the room size. The rooms sizes are smaller than anticipated. Didn’t have a microwave in my room. Refrigerator was so small couldn’t hold leftover meals.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room view was terrible, facing another building. The hotel and service were far from a five-star hotel experience. The second shift reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which ruined the stay. Hengameh at the front desk was polite and tried to help, but even with her assistance, it could not make up for the overall bad experience.

The hotel has one of the best locations and offers excellent service with the most professional and fast staff you can find in Istanbul. The overall experience was great, and the service was outstanding. My only note is about the breakfast — it was not very well organized, and not everything was available. If you go down about half an hour before closing, most of the items are already finished.
