The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise does not stop the whole night. When I complained that I couldn't sleep the front desk staff argued with me and gave me such a hard time and then eventually gave me another room still at the front of the hotel by the street but a higher level. The noise was less but still kept waking me up. Worst night ever. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night. It should be mandatory for hotels to notify customers of the noise level.

Nice and clean

The hotel is located in a very good place close to Task square main strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeping not the best place to stay as Friday to Sunday nights are very loud on streets due to clubs.

My wife had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of her. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the noise level from the street. The breakfast was okay.

Nice and pleasant stay, had an issues with heating system at the room, but duty Manager Perla did her best to help and solve the problem, Only comment i have is the bed mattress was so soft , which is not my preference, Else all was very good .

When we got there the room i stayed in was hot. After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window. Overall great staff and walking distance to pretty much everything around the Taksim square
