A second, perfectly appointed living room will prove to be the ideal hideaway for teenagers on vacation, when they are not busy enjoying the sun and the pleasures of swimming near the quay.

The house, with three bedrooms and five beds, can comfortably accommodate several guests.

The interior also reveals two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a freestanding bathtub and shower, ensuring absolute comfort.

Distribution of rooms by floor:

Ground floor: Main entrance with cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room equipped with a smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. You'll also find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The dining room provides access to a spa exit.

Upstairs: Upstairs bedroom with two queen beds (no door).

Garden level: bathroom with shower and laundry room, bedroom with a double bed and a queen bed, and a second living room with a sofa bed.
