The staff were lovely. The room was in desperate need of upgrading- no aircon so insanely hot, no extractor fans in bathroom or toilet. Would be better to have more supply of toilet paper and the option to use a cake of soap or liquid.

The Kelvin Hotel is fabulous. All the staff and super helpful and friendly especially Petro on the front desk and the Level One restaurant served delicious food with generous portions. Lilly made us feel very welcome. Great alcohol free options too. Will definitely stay there again. Steve. Debbie. & Austin. 👋

The standard room was dated and not as comfortable as the premium room I’ve stayed in before. But the hotel itself is great. Really nice staff, location and great facilities. Convenient car parking even if the parks are narrow. I still recommend the hotel.

The room is fine for a quick one night stop. The bed is big and comfy (a little too soft for me). The problem is the bathroom. The shower stall is not completely closed. The ceiling is open so you can see the plumbing stuff. The vents in both bathrooms are not working.

Great Location.

For Invercargill this is one of the better options. Great restaurant and bar facilities and location. A little dated but still a very comfortable hotel.

Great location and lovely helpful staff. Checkin was easy and the breakfast was delicious. Such good value. Just one thing that needs attention. The bathroom silicon sealer was mouldy and could do with replacing.
