Very nice hotel and conveniently located. The rooms with balconies are nice but smoking is permitted on them so if your neighbor smokes, it comes right into your room.

The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again!

far away from a 4 star hotel. A/C produced no cold air but a terrible noise, we had to shut it off to be able to sleep. bed had lighting only on one side, bathroom didn't have shelf or place to put anything, breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning in the rooms won't work until May, according to hotel policy. It feels hot. They moved us from the 5th floor to the 1st floor, and they had to provide us with a fan, which still wasn't enough. What I disliked most was that this hotel policy wasn't communicated to us when we made our reservation.

Good spot but not comfortable

Hotel is nice for a quick stay, room was spacious for 3 people. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also great. Good spot for walking everywhere and near the train station. It does list that there is AC but the vent is so small and blows warm air so if you’re looking for coolness you won’t find that here. Also the beds were rock hard.
