The customer service from Ariana and the young man in the sort cost. Slim build. I believe his name begin with a T. Apologies i forgot his name. I'd return to this establishment simply because those two. Although there were several sports teams there and kids running through the hall. The level of service these two provided made that a non factor. If my company was in Indianapolis. I'd recruit them immediately

It keeps the facts, stays calm, and sounds credible without being overly emotional: 1-star review (or email subject: Feedback on Recent Stay – Significant Issues) Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no exterior signage indicating where the main entrance or front desk was located, which made finding check-in confusing and time-consuming. Once inside the lobby, there was still no clear signage directing guests to the front desk, leaving new arrivals unsure where to go. In our room: • The in-room telephone did not work at all. I only discovered this when the television also failed to function and I attempted to call the front desk for assistance — but had no way to reach anyone without leaving the room. • The in-room coffee maker was missing essential components (specifically the carafe and filter basket), rendering it completely unusable. These are basic amenities and wayfinding elements that most guests rightfully expect to be functional and clear. Unfortunately, the lack of working phone, TV, coffee maker, and any signage created a frustrating and inconvenient experience from the moment we arrived until we left. I stay at many hotels for both business and leisure, and this was noticeably below the standard I’ve come to expect — even from budget properties. I hope this feedback is helpful so these issues can be address

We were in town for a pool tournament and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. Our door broke and they were there in about 15 minutes to fix it. We had wonderful service our entire stay. Thanks for a great weekend!
