I paid for 2 nights and blizzard made me late check in. Accordingly they told me I’m total “no show and cannot have ANY nights at all after I paid for 2 and got to stay zero nights. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

The night manager was friendly and very helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and coupons to use. The room was clean and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a pretty good assortment of foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. It was clean. The elevator apparently has not been in operation for some time, which meant I had to carry everything up stairs and then back down stairs when I was checking in and out. Fortunately, I did not have mobility issues. The breakfast was okay. Better than many I have had at other hotels, not as good as others. They had hot water and tea bags, but no hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, but I would call ahead to ensure the elevator is in working order.

Charges for room were different for two days stay first day was charged $105, the next day room charge was $118. asked to the manager, he said room RATES CHANGE EVERY DAY if you book from Expedia? What is the meaning of booking a month ahead of event to get better room rates not the ripoff?

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of food options close by. The breakfast at the hotel was meh, and the hallway on the first floor smelled musty, possibly because the indoor pool was near our room. We didn’t notice the shower head was pointed out into the bathroom so we flooded the bathroom floor the first night. The hotel could use a little TLC on the furniture and doors. Unfortunately, the towels felt like sandpaper.
