Nice room. Breakfast was just ok. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. Getting to the hotel was interesting. It is on a little road next to a major road. It had been snowing so the drive was a bit rough.

Smelled really bad like garlic in some areas. The room was beautiful though, huge tv, and nice cushion top mattress. I suggest taking your own pillows as these sunk way too low. Breakfast was ok - scrambled eggs, sausage, and ham with different bread items and juices. Shower and bathroom were amazing. Parking was good. Overall would recommend.

I waited for 25 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk when I arrived. People had been waiting even longer. The guy on duty looked like he was sleeping & didn’t apologize or even offer us a drink & snack. He was frankly rude & didn’t care. Don’t let the HYATT brand fool you.
