Front desk staff was very nice. Room was as well. And location is great! I was just very taken back by the breakfast cafe staff member who was just complaining and actually cussing about some of the guest at breakfast just for taking what she thought was too many eggs. She actually then yelled at me when I said the wrong closing time talking to my husband. And very aggressively asked me to tell her why I thought it closed at 10:30 rather than 10:00. Another guest saw it all as well and told me she witnessed that worker do something very similar when she had stayed there a month ago too.

Hospitality could be better

The front desk hostess was not very friendly. Not helpful at all. Very dry at check in. I needed to use the laundry facilities to wash and dry my son's baseball uniform, but was unable to due to not having quarters for the dryer. I went to the front desk to cash a couple dollar bills in for quarters for the dryer and was told she didn't have any and I was out of luck. I had to hang his uniform in the bathroom overnight and hope it was dry by the time for our departure in the morning. I have never had a hotel not have quarters for their laundry facilities. Very disappointing hospitality. Room was average, bed was comfortable.

Any time I need to come down to the Indianapolis area, I always stay here. I’ve had the misfortune of having to travel very late at night, and the staff are always very accommodating of my late arrival. It is very conveniently located amidst plenty to do, plenty to see, and definitely plenty to eat! Additionally, it’s easy to get in and out of the city if need be. The rooms are always very nice and spacious and I will always be staying here when I can. Thank you for such amazing service and a great property.
