The room was fine. But there was no one at the desk when I arrived at 11 pm. And multiple other guests were already waiting. One had finally someone. And that person still didn’t arrive for another 5 minutes after I arrived. The person was helpful and pleasant. But I think management needs to rethink their staffing plan - especially when they’re offering lower prices for same-day reservations.

The room smelled unpleasant, the air conditioning was on in the room even though it was snowing and 26 degrees outside when we arrived. The sheets were stained. The shower had a massive amount of hair clogging the drain.
