I had a great stay at the Tru By Hilton Indianapolis Lawrence, In from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were genuinely nice and welcoming, which made a great first impression. My room was very clean and fresh, with no odors at all - everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice added touch to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality and service was really nice, the room and area was very clean. The hotel was very quiet. The beds slept great! The only thing is I wish it had a microwave in the room, but I understand.Happy it came with a fridge

This building is too new to not look clean, kept, and ready to receive guests. It was day long dirt on the floors, and nothing about the lobby says this is a clean place to stay. Rooms just ok.
