I had a situation (my car caught a flat, so we stayed with the car overnight), but I had left things there after we checked in. The next morning, I called, and they put my bag up and returned it with everything in it. The staff was super helpful and nice.

The shower never got hot. We waited over 25minutes for it to heat up, then just gave up. The shower rob was coming out of the wall too. We didn't notice this until the morning since we didn't use the shower (or the bathroom) when we got there in the evening.

Long term rates = people living there. Old hotel room was small but furnished ok bathroom needed redone. Nice bed hot shower big tv nice towels. Awaken at 230am buy loud man outside. When I left at 730am the guy in the room next store come out with his beer in hand. As a lady traveling alone I would not stay there again.

This isn't a hotel; it's a motel, a roach motel at that. The room was terrible; there was a dead water bug inside the room, the sheets were stained, the sink was leaking, and the tub had a hole in it. I called the front desk for a new room, and I was met with attitude, but I was eventually moved to a room that looked cleaner, though it had a hole in the toilet and small roaches and broken fire detectors and stains on the bed sheets as well. They requested a $100 deposit for a dump. The area feels unsafe—it almost looks like a shelter for men. They do not offer breakfast; it’s just a light breakfast with muffins sitting out and coffee. Not to mention the giant bugs you encounter on your way to the room. Please do not stay here, especially with children.

Do not believe the photos!!! The property is rundown, dirty, and unkept. The rooms are dirty and gross. When we checked in, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had dirty towels hanging, etc. This business is dishonest and does not take customer safety or issues seriously. Good luck if you have any issues as they won’t help you. Expedia was warned these photos are false.

The hotel needs to be upgraded immediately. It was mold and the dirty. I paid over $500 and it wasn’t worth it but we needed somewhere to stay while in town. I deserve a refund

We did not stay after checking into the room. Room was disgustingly filthy, mold and mildew, floor had not been mopped in a very long time. Bugs everywhere. We left immediately.

The area was scary with people hanging around outside. Doors, steps and outside dingy and dirty. The room itself was ok but just ok. Not the quality I am used to.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at

The lobby had flies everywhere. There was trash on the ground directly outside the room door. It was advertised as a suite, but it was the size of a normal room but with a microwave and a refrigerator. The floor and the bedspread had stains on them. One bedside table had no power outlets and the other bedside table had a plug, but the cord had been cut so it didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower and the sink was terrible. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t.

The flight of stairs to my room were very steep and difficult to carry bags up them. 2 flight of stairs was hard , I’m 61 and have bad knee but there was no other way to room.
