The room was nice and clean. The elevator out of order but they switched us to 1st floor. Thermostat batteries died and they replaced them right away. Will stay here again

Elevator is out of order and no rooms on the first floor were available. Overall condition was dirty and neglected. My wife had surgery on her foot so we neefed an accessible room. We immediately canceled but the Manager would only approve a 50% refund. Avoid this Motel 6.
