This was my second stay and as with the first it was great. The only problem I had was the Bar Menu. Not all people can eat or like spicy food. There needs to be more choices without the hot.

My only issues were we had to wait 3 hours for our room after check in time, I was charged twice for the security deposit and parking, told I’d receive both charges back since I had to wait and was given a free parking pass. 3 days after check out I’m still waiting to be refunded the second accidental charge and they still charged me for parking.

Well keep hotel and great area. Lots of great restaurants close by. Very little shopping options. An Apple store close by would have been nice. Definitely need retail in the area to a limited degree.

Really nice hotel to stay. Within walking distance to a lot of places. The staff were really nice and the room was clean. There was an issue that night with the pool and they came around to the different rooms to complete a wellness check to see if everyone was fine. They even offered a refund due to the incident! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
