Bless the shuttle staff! Arrived in freezing and snowy weather, left in freezing, snowy weather. Kind shuttle staff came quickly to the airport, with a warm vehicle. Then, the next day, the gentleman driver stopped at the gas station close to the hotel when he heard we had lost our phone charging cable. Flight delayed, so we arrived too late for the restaurant, but we did get a lovely glass of wine in the bar. Dillon, at reception, checked the weather forecast when we checked in and loaned us a cord charger for our depleted phone: life saver! King room, spacious and clean, with a fab bed that had cozy covers. We were exhausted, and slept so well. Thank you, Holiday Inn! Yes, you will always be our go-to hotel in Indianapolis.
