Breakfast was horrible the milk was expired and potatoes were raw. Pool was out of service which was one the main reasons we went to this hotel. One of the Elevators was out of order. We had 2 rooms and one of them the fan in the wall unit would not work. Definitely not worth the money it cost to stay here.

Room was okay. Fridge was very loud all night. Chose this hotel for the pool, but was texted an hour before check in that it would be closed all weekend. Breakfast was awful.

The sheets were stained up, but other than that, the room was great. The staff was great and friendly. Your only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was down for maintenance for renovations. Others in that everything was great would recommend and would stay again

Linda, Kristian and Samuel were some of the staff we had. They were amazing. When we had an issue with our room they were quick to take care of it. They were always upbeat and positive and greeted us every time they saw us…..and the hotel was full! We were so impressed with how clean it was and up to date that we’ve booked our next stay there already for 2026.

The room was decently sized and we got lucky to actually have a pullout couch as most of those rooms have been done away with. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was quick so no complaints there. Here is where the good ended. The pool ended up not being open which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. One of the elevators was not operational and the one that did work was extremely slow to the point we though it quit working while we were in it. The breakfast was almost completely unedible, thank god for the yogurt because that was all that was good. No vending machine or ice machine on our floor so that was a pain. Heater in the room blew ice cold air for 5 minutes every time the heat kicked on. All in all if you need a place to lay your head this will work but your better off spendinga little more money and going elsewhere. If you do book a room call ahead to make sure that type of room is actually available check what amenities are available and plan on going out to eat for breakfast.

Staff was okay I guess… was charged 30 dollar early check in fee when there was literally dozens of rooms empty on the night of my stay. I am looking for hotel on a regular basis that will allow early check in without charging 30 dollars. But will look elsewhere.

Overall was a good stay. There were several things about our room we were not happy about. Management seemed very concerned and addressed our problems and solved them. All staff that we dealt with we’re very friendly and courteous and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice front desk staff. But didn’t make up for the fact that the heater in the room didn’t work well. It was either way too hot or blowing cold air and not capable of being adjusted. Also, one of the bedroom lamps didn’t work. It wasn’t the lightbulb we tried changing that.
