Everything about the stay was excellent, however there was a chemical? like smell in the hallway of the 7th floor. Wondering if it's new carpet, glue from underneath it if new or if the carpet had been cleaned recently?

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I made a semi-last minute reservation at this hotel the night before the mini marathon. I could not have been more pleased. From the moment we checked in with a friendly and fun clerk, everything exceeded expectations. The lobby was clean & inviting, our room was clean and quiet, and they even provided safety pins for our race bibs. The only minor thing was no hand soap, but we made do with the complimentary shower gel. While there is no onsite parking, there is convenient parking across the street for $30/night. I didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast, but I did appreciate the coffee maker in the room, along with a microwave and mini fridge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The air conditioning unit was very loud when running, but we understand our was old. Our only real issue was they let several breakfast items run empty 20 minutes prior to ending breakfast service, so several people were struggling to get enough breakfast items.

Staff was amazing. The comfortability of the beds was fabulous. However, the air conditioner did not work, but we did not find this until we got in extremely late and even though there was another room, they could move us to. We had a lot of luggage and bags and it would’ve been a hassle to move. I did ask if we could just sleep in the other room since it was across the hall, but they told us that that was not allowed

Nice but noisy

Room was nice and clean and staff were wonderful, however room 501 is right next to the elevators, meaning that not only do you get the noise from guests going in/out of elevators, but also the elevator operation noise. Also the in-room A/C unit was extremely loud.
