We had a nice weekend stay. Angie was there at check in & was friendly & efficient & even took our last check out time for our last morning (sun). Our room had a few glitches with lights not working & phone wouldn’t work when I called front desk I could hear them but they couldn’t hear us. Our TV didn’t work but Friday night we were tired & asked them to fix it & when we got back that afternoon the woman was great she came in & tried to get tv to work but had no luck so she said the room next door is available let’s just switch you over. So she did & that room was even better. Cleanliness is my highest standard of where we stay & I am extremely picky. Everything worked the tv the lights & it was clean. Had a great night sleep & at 12p there was a knock & it was housekeeping asking why we’re still there & we explained we had a late 1pm checkout but they didn’t have a record of it. We were almost ready to leave completely anyway. All & all it is around the corner from UIndy where our son goes & we will absolutely be back to this Comfort Inn!!! Thanks

The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast because I slept in after a long drive. I was booked for two nights but left before the second night because of weather. My only complaint is that nowhere on this site or even through the hotel chains app did it state that the pool was closed.

The rooms were clean, only issue with it is the fact that the appliances and everything inside were a little dated. Biggest concern would be the shower tub, there were no grips in the tub so there was a chance for a fall injury. Another issue would be the bed frame, there's a metal bar that stuck out and a guest could potentially get injured as well.
