Although not a shiny, new hotel, the property is in great condition and it is located at the El Tarter gondola. You can even take a ski way direct from the hotel to the lift! And there are convenient ski lockers. The main floor lounge/ bar area is inviting and relaxing, perfect for a glass of wine or a tasty beer in front of the fire. The staff is really wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and stay.

We went to Andorra looking to make a day hike, this hotel was great location to explore the vall d’Incles. The pool and jacuzzi after the walk were the best part! We can only imagine that during winter it will also be great to explore the area and enjoy the facilities. It also has a well conditioned gym.

Experience really disapointing. It says 4 star property but it is actually a 2 or 3. The TV does not work, neither the charges on the room, the prices of the restaurant are really high and the food is not good. The wifi was very poor and the room really old with no amenities. The property itself is not on a very good condition, not for a 4 stars property and paying 200€ for a room!!! I would not recommend to go there having other properties near by in a better condition. We would defenetly not come back. We also said to the staff all the inconvenciences we were having and they did nothing. It says a lot when you give feedback the same day of checking in and no one came to speak with us or solve problems with TV or changing the room we were not paying for ( nothing to do with the photos from the online agency).

Ok but a little tired...

Hotel is quite old but in good order and clean, the rooms could do with modernisation. We only ate in the restaurant 1 night, food wasn’t great so never went back. Breakfast was equally average, struggled to find decent food anywhere in town. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room? Hotel location is great for skiing, to/from the front door and all the ski hire shops are underneath.

Great for skiing

Great for skiing - next to chair lift and ski rental in same building. Great food and friendly staff. Lovely indoor pool. Room was on the small size but comfortable beds.

Excellent ski in ski out hotel in El Tarter , 100 ft to gondola , we stayed over new year with 2 kids , spacious family room , great reception staff , great breakfast , excellent reataurant for dinner

Fantastic location, lovely staff!

To be able to ski to the door is a great feature of the hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff, easy to park to n the free public car park 50 m from the door. We enjoyed the food , one evening we had the raclette which was delicious! Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you.

Fantastic Hotel and great value for money!

My husband and our two children have just returned from a stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff there are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the facilities are extensive and well maintained, the food in the restaurant is excellent and although fairly small, our room was very comfortable. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money; we'll definitely be going back.

Hotel with nice deco. rooms ok but nothing special. Breakfast very good and personal very friendly. Playroom for kids. However, very bad experience with pool and spa. While on the booking page it said this is included, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for the kids, upon arrival we were informed that this service comes at significant additional cost. I complained but the hotel direction remained completely stubborn and we had to pay additional 64€ for 3h use of Swimming pool and sauna! It is nice, but this is completely insane and a shame. I’ve never seen a hotel in this price category where using the hotel facilities is not included. On top, not all whirl functionalities worked and the opening hours also didn‘t correspond to what was communicated when booking. VIP benefits: prosecco only received after complaining, room upgrade was not offered. The kids liked it though, hence left with very mixed feelings. Probably would not recommend.

SUper séjour en famille ! UN peu déçu car j'ai cru que la piscine était compris dans le prix. Sinon rien à dire! C'était top, propre et bon petit déjeuner !
