1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒
2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt.
3. Heating wasn’t working. Whole night throughout freezing.
4.Whole family are aren’t happy for this trip
