I like this place, overall the staff were so nice. Unfortunately my husband and I never felt safe we blocked the door with our luggages on the very first day, due to maybe poor communication with the front staff and housekeeping but one guy opened the door on our very first day, he knocked once and opened it. The guy doesn’t seem housekeeping as he was wearing casual clothes eventhough there’s already a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR.
I dont know how Hotels work in Amsterdam but I woke up again while we were sleeping cause housekeeping opened the door, bringing us towels. (Luggages already blocking the door every night)
I notify the front desk person about it that same day, which he apologized.
Though the place was really nice, the experience was a bit disappointing.
