Trident never disappoints. I had an excellent experience at Trident Mumbai, and the same level of service continued at Trident Hyderabad. A special thanks to Kundan, Virender, and the Duty Manager for their exceptional customer service. When my in-room phone stopped working, the team stayed connected through WhatsApp and provided timely support throughout. Truly appreciated the responsiveness and care. We shall return soon!

Realy pleasant stay and highly recommend the hotel

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and wanting to go above and beyond all the time. The hotel is convinently located on the main road and in prime location. The breakfast spread was very good. The one restaurant i tried had ok menu and food. If i were to nitpick the staff behaviors seemed very orchestrated and super nice to a point of feeling uncomfortable and think need to tone down the niceness a bit.
