Friendly helpful staff, elevator access issues

The cards just don't work in one of those elevators (the right elevator when facing the elevators.) I had to go to the front desk every time I entered the hotel so they could try and get my cards to work in the elevator so I could use the elevator. Sometimes they got the cards working first try, sometimes they couldn't get it working even after the fifth try, but always the cards would fail to let me use the elevator to get to the floor with my room every time I entered the hotel. Those at the front desk said this was not a unique problem, so it wasn't just me, something is just wrong with the card setup in the elevators of this hotel, especially the right elevator. I appreciate the staff's patience in working with my cards every time I entered the building though.

The hotel arranged for the rooms we requested. Parking was easy and safe. The location was great and walking distance to a number of places. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
