Book Accor Hotels Hurghada accommodation from AU$93

The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink

I can recommend. Really nice staff. Close to the beach. Volleyball. Went diving. Short, but wholesome stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique hotel, so much so we booked another week whilst we were there and we have booked to come back in April. We had only been at the hotel for 2 days and we were upgraded to a sea view room. The staff are so friendly it is like staying with family and the hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the bars,restaurants and shops of the marina. The beach is 20 seconds away and is clean and tidy. We would give this hotel 10/10 and we will be back many times in the future

States to be all inclusive. But it was not. I had to pay £400 in total for food drinks and any “all Inclusive spa treatments”

Lovely hotel after numerous visits here excellent location not far from airport but not on flight path.Staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds and showers with good pressure.Food always good here with plenty of choice and never a problem with sickness here.Overall a very good hotel at a very reasonable price

Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty. When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel
