Very good hotel in Hue. Extremely good price to value proposition. My room was very clean, had a great layout and the staff was extremely helpful. They also had a decent breakfast spread.

A wonderful place to stay in Hue with everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the beds are comfy. Lots of hot water and very walkable location, near shops and restaurants.

The hotel is located down a lane , but close to all restaurants, bars and attractions...best of both worlds! Ha and Mina at reception are super efficient and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Yes, i would stay here again.

Couldn't wish forca better lication, and because it was down a lane, it was quiet too. I stayed in 2 different rooms (the ones on the 7th floor are noisy due to the kitchen and breakfast room). The rooms I stayed in were both at the front of the hotel and were spacious and well equipped. The hotel is dated and average, but decent value for money. Curiously, they didn't possess an ironing board!

Our stay didn’t get off to a good start when we were put in room 203 ( Twin room) The small, dark room didn’t look anything like the online pictures provided when booking. This room only had one small window and a tiny balcony which you couldn’t see out of small frosted door. Felt very disappointed. Staff explained the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck in there. Thankfully we could upgrade to a family room for second night after much discussion. Be cautious when booking this property via this website.

Couldn’t fault the rooms which were large, clean and had all the mod cons needed. As a family (of 5) we were disappointed with the small pool and there were only 4 sun loungers for the whole hotel. The area around the pool was very slippery and our son fell while leaving the pool. Breakfast was simple and functional. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay the success it was!

Amazing place- real gem

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. Arranged private DMZ tour with Quang and highly recommend. Also local boat trip to Citadel. Breakfast good, nice pool and small number of beds, but rooftop seats. Very reasonable costs and very quiet but safe central location. We loved Hue and recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Jade Scene. A spacious, clean and cool room; delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options; and pleasant helpful staff. It was pretty quiet most of the time. Would definitely stay here again!
