Everything was great, but I thought the parking was expensive. If you park through the hotel, it's $50 plus tax, but you have the option of parking for $15 a day at the San Jacinto parking garage, which is very convenient and located on the opposite corner from the hotel. The only downside is that you can't use your car, but everything is within walking distance.

I dont like that the website description says that car parking is there but when i went there then at reception they ask for hefty amount per night parking. This is ridiculous, i don't like the way dealing with people otherwise i wouldn't have booked this hotel at all. Also there were no complimentary water bottles. They ask us to pay for the water which i never seen in any of the hotels. Overall my experience was bad.

We had a pleasant 2-day stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though the layout wasn’t my favorite and the bathroom door didn’t quite close correctly. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning. The breakfast exceeded expectations—more than just continental, very filling with nice variety each morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us recommendations for restaurants within walking distance, which was great.

It’s a little confusing when you pull up because there is no where to park but they have a valet parking available Rooms were nice and spacious
