Satisfied Stay

We were very satisfied with our stay here. It was close to the ballpark as well as other entertainment venues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities I expect from a Hyatt. The included breakfast was well done and added to our positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

Overall the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was the smell of marijuana. It was bad in the lobby when we checked in, I half expected to run into Cheech and Chong in the elevator it was so strong. We were on the 10th floor but when the elevator stopped on the 4th and 7th floor it was almost overpowering.

Loved our stay here! The property is right in downtown and very walkable. Their front desk team was very welcoming, check in was fast and our room was ready at arrival. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
