2nd time staying here, was still in remodeling a year later. Our duvet on our bed had stray hairs on it, pretty gross! Asked for new linens and they were changed the next day. We were given a clean duvet for the night though. We will still return here very relaxing!

The parking lot was small, but arriving early ensured a good spot. The shuttle service to and from NRG was a great convenience, making the experience less stressful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, which was a plus. However, the room lacked nightstand table lamps, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room assigned to us had not been properly vacuumed, with visible fuzz on the carpet, and the bed sheets were dirty and stained. Breakfast service was slow and the quality was underwhelming. Despite these issues, the staff’s kindness stood out, and I’d consider returning to see if cleanliness improves.

Receptionist was friendly and made check in easy. Overall property and staff were amazing. I booked with a third party and changing reservation was a bit of a hassle as both Expedia and property were difficult to communicate together to authorize changes.

Pretty nice

Very unique hotel. Construction left very little parking. Hotel is small, but nice. You have to get towels at front desk as well as hair dryer. The ironing board was bent, but usable. Free popcorn was nice.

Houston Visit

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to NGR Stadium and offered a shuttle. They are doing renovations, so I figure it will be nicer next time we stay. The staff was super friendly!

Room was clean and comfortable. Don’t judge the exterior appearance, they are currently doing some kind of exterior work. Inside is very nice and clean. Shuttle to and from NRG was a plus! Booked my next stay for June already!

This is the perfect spot for events at NRG with less than a mile walk. Plenty of eateries and a Target basically next door. The breakfast was good and check out the bar in the evenings. 24 hr coffee and water was a plus! Everyone was polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I have no idea why this place is rated a 2 Star hotel. This place is great. The best part, by far, is the bartender. He goes by “T”. A true professional, gentleman, mixologist, and vibe creator. I was here for work and literally looked forward to hanging with “T” after 14 hour days.

I do not really want to give Ylem a 3 review--but the bed was not great, some of the furniture old and beat up, the breakfast was pretty meh. The staff were very nice, and the place was clean and is very convenient. And the price was right.

Property was no at all what I seen on the photos. The toilet seat was broken. There were cracks in the wall, and there was a odor when I walked in the hallway and into my room.
