Great Place to Stay for Memorial Hermann Ortho.

We are in a wheel-chair accessible disability room, because I just had major knee surgery. We like this hotel very much (we stay here when I come down to see my surgeon at Memorial Hermann Orthopedics), but I have one comment: the bed is much too low for an adult with a severe knee disability. Normally, beds are somewhat higher than normal in disability suites, because a low bed puts hugh pressure on one's "good knee" when getting up and down. This bed would be just right for a disabled child, but too low for an adult (and I am not particularly tall...5 ft. 4"). An excellent hotel, clean, great breakfast, super-friendly staff, very reasonable price...the bed just needs to be about 5 or 6 inches higher for an adult with a severe knee disability.

The room smelled like urine and when I told the front desk they didn’t do anything more than switch out our towels and take out the trash. Then the room next to us came in from the bars at 3am and were as loud as possible until 6am. We notified the front desk and they did nothing!

The check-in process only took about ten minutes, which was excellent. The room was spacious, even for a wheelchair accessible room and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Room was not ready on time. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get our room. Did not even look like it was cleaned just a spruce up. Will never stay at a Hilton Garden again. So disappointed yet very expensive. Not to mention staff is rude.
