Was threatened and harassed by another persons n staying on same floor my family felt unsafe had to leave at midnight on Christmas Day to go get a room at another hotel. My families safety comes first.

Appreciate the staff on their friendliness and professionalism. Needed to use the laundry facilities, which said it was out of order, told that to the front desk and they got right on it and fixed it within a half hour. Much appreciated.

Room was clean. But it is outdated. Air conditioning was cooling room well. Breakfast, well down part eating off paper plates didn’t like that. But had enough options. Coffee was great. I like flavored creamer they had. Coffee was nice and hot. Beware gates wasn’t locked. And a man’s truck got stolen. I had ask when I checked in if this was an issue. Because we had our truck stolen from another place in Houston 9/2025. The man was so upset. Knew his pain first hand. And they said cameras wasn’t working!!
