The check in people and the entire staff were great. However, this hotel needs a renovation upgrade. The carpet is old and stained, and there are some places where the carpet tacks are coming up. The air conditioning in the hallways from the second floor all the way up to the fifth floor is always hot. I complained about this at previous days and nothing has changed.

The first thing you notice at check is the lobby smells old and stale. The building is mid-century. As an older building, im not expecting too much, but the smell was noticeable. The room had multiple stains on thr rug and a cracked window. Otherwise the room was clean. The breakfast was ok. They have very cheap coffee cups however and the bottom literally collapsed due to the heat of the coffee spilling hot coffee everywhere. Another guest advised me that it had happened to her and to double up the cups. The breakfast attendant complained that she had no large towels to clean the space and another employee suggested she go to housekeeping anduse guest towels. The cooked breakfast was ok except a very thin white liquid they called pepper gravy. It was too thin to be a gravy. I did not try it, so maybe the flavor was ok. It just didnt look appealing. They did have a decent variety for breakfast and while there was not a waffle maker they had a pancake machine. As i was only there for one night, it was ok. There was both a microwave and fridge in the room. There were lots of good dinner options close by, and the price for the room was affordable. I doubt i would return though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was above and beyond clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was stocked with all we needed; microwave, fridge, tv, alarm clock, hair goods, towels. Hotel was quiet, hallways were clean and smelled good. I will definitely return here and recommend it to whoever is in this area and looking for a place to stay.,

The staff was outstanding, especially from the point of view of someone returning to the country after a long absence. I had absolutely zero complaints regarding the cleanliness of the room, amenities, the buffet breakfast, or the pool. My only reservation might be the location: the distance of the hotel from the airports made it necessary to take very expensive taxi rides to and from airports, thereby negating the great deal I thought I had made through Expedia.com.
