15 out of 10 - It's Heaven at the Haven

Just because this place is located by a highway frontage road, do NOT think this is a "truck-stop." Once you enter, you will meet very friendly, respectful and professional attendants. The parking lot, stairways, hallways, rooms and breakfast room are squeaky-clean. The rooms are very well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee makers and comfortable bed, nice furniture and TV. Everything is like new. The breakfast is complete with fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, veggies, waffle, breads, cereals, and variety of juices and coffee. It's served until 9:30 a.m., but they will not mind if you steal a few minutes after that, as the personnel is very nice and willing to accomodate late commers like my sleepy-head. Greetings and congratulations to their excellent staff.

Room was clean & comfortable. Great customer service from the guy who checked me in & out. He made sure I was accommodated if needed. Not a bad area. Only con was I paid for a non smoking room & it smelled like smoke a little not too much where I wanted to leave or complain. I’ll definitely book again.
