Terrible, nasty, should be condemned. Elevator doesn’t work, building is nasty, smells of weed and cigarettes. Front counter workers are rude and don’t know how to use the computer system. I booked for a week and stayed for a night, no refund. Got to the hotel from work my room was rebooked to someone else because they never put me in the system as having that room. Cops and ambulance was there because someone OD’d in the hallway. The room had exposed electrical outlets, spliced wires on the a/c unit, stained carpets, missing bulbs in the bathroom and no lampshade on the lamps, beds sheets weren’t washed they had cigarette ash all over the sheets and burn marks on all the furniture. I slept in my car because it was midnight and I had to be at work at 5am. This place needs to be shut down.
when get to they property it was not clean are anything at the time of getting their was charger a fee, and the ac/unit was not working at ask few time to be if can change room's and also ask if their was breakfast at and not but this was not the great experience that i had and will be stay at this place Avery ageing, also the pictures and the way the room look at all
OMG FIRS FIRST OF ALL I RESERVED A ROOM FOR DOWNSTAIRS AND WAS NOT ACCOMMODATED I GOT THERE HE TOLD ME THE ROOMS HAD BEEN ALL RESERVED OUT AND I'M LIKE I RESERVED A ROOM FOR DOWNSTAIRS HE TOLD ME SORRY I HAD TO GO UPSTAIRS IN MY WHEELCHAIR I GOT IN MY ROOM THERE WAS NO LIGHTS IN THE ROOM I HAD TO USE MY PHONE ALL NIGHT FOR LIGHTS THERE WAS NO REMOTE CONTROL I HAD TO GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A REMOTE CONTROL AND WE WOKE UP TO BED BUGS I WAS SCARED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE BEDBUG BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO NOT REFUND ME MY $40 DEPOSIT THEY SAY THAT THEY ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY IS ONLINE BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE THEY CHARGE YOU $14 DEPOSIT EVERY TIME YOU CHECK IN SO THE RECEIPTS THAT I HAVE ARE NOT ACCURATE SO LAST NIGHT I PAID $85 AND IT SAYS I ONLY PAID WHAT IT IS FOR THE ROOM SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THAT BECAUSE THEY'RE GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION PLEASE SOMEONE LOOKING TO THIS BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL THAT IT'S RIGHT EVERY OTHER MOTEL THAT I GO TO AND YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT YOU PAY THE DEPOSIT THAT ONE TIME AND IF THEY GIVE IT BACK YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT EVERY TIME YOU CHECK IN AND THEN MAKE ME PAY THE DEPOSIT EVERY TIME I CHECK IN
