Check-in was easy. Breakfast was great! The bar was overly packed in the evening. I personally had to clean the bathroom floor upon arrival because there was so much hair everywhere, including in the shower. Thank goodness I brought Clorox wipes. I asked valet twice on how to retrieve a bag I forgot out of my car. I finally ended up roaming and getting the bag myself; two hours later. Also found a pair of worn children’s underwear, socks, and tshirt in the drawer when looking for an extra blanket. I don’t have children; and there was no extra blanket. The ac is also out of balance. It was freezing in the front room and hot in the bedroom; yes the vents were open. I would recommend a different hotel to anyone who stays in downtown Houston.

It is a nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, but the lady who cleaned our room, she forgot finish her job, she cleaned our two beds but left the other bed untouched, she didn’t take care our trash cans either.
