We have stayed at many Drury Inns. They clearly have no priority in the Houston area. There are many beautiful Drury Inns and Plazas and none outside of Houston and Dallas areas in the huge state of Texas.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately we got put in a room on the first floor set apart from the rest of the guest rooms. We were right next to meeting rooms, elevators and the lobby. To say it was loud was an understatement. I would recommend not staying in room 106 while there. The bathtub also doesn't drain, we did disclose this with staff.

My only issue was that I thought that when I booked it was supposed to be cheaper than what I paid but I need to look into that in my end. That and the bar was only open from:30 to 7pm and that was what time our show was so we weren't able to enjoy that part. We had to leave at 5 pm and didn't get back until 7:15 so no drinks for us and barely caught the dinner in time. The staff was really nice though.

Service was great. They took care of me promptly without any issues. Room and bathroom were very clean. The galleria is no more than a 10 minute drive which made it convenient. The breakfast buffet was great, it had plenty of options. And at night they gave us a voucher for free drinks and snacks. It was a great surprise. I would definitely come stay there again.
