No one was available for Check- in. After 5 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel to get someone to answer. The phone rang 11 times before the staff member came running. I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. She was on her cell phone and didn't end the call, just told the person to hold on. During my encounter with her, she was less than engaged, even rude.
Again, at the coffee shop, no staff person except the cook. I was told the barista was in the bathroom. More than a 5 minute wait. Each time I stay, there seems to be more issues with customer service. My family members and I are rethinking stays with this hotel.
