Very convenient location in the South Terminal. Room was ultra compact as expected, but fine for the overnight stay. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful, and we really appreciated the considerable discounts offered to hotel residents by the Gatwick restaurants like Giraffe and Wetherspoon's.

This room was exactly what we needed. I was skeptical about the location, wondering how it could possibly be so close to the departure gates, but it was exactly as the photos showed. The desk staff was helpful and gave us great directions for our early morning flight. We were impressed with the way the room was laid out and the design touches were just right. If you want a place to stay that reduces the stress of traveling to the airport in the morning before a flight, this is a great solution. Quiet and clean, and the location cannot be better.

Amazing! Right in the south terminal. Rooms are tiny with no windows and they are COMPLETELY soundproof. You’re in the middle of the airport and can’t hear a thing. Because there are no windows it gets very dark. Slept like a baby! Beds, sheets and pillows are very high quality. The rooms are immaculately clean. We had a long flight and were exhausted. We were literally checked in and sleeping 15 minutes after we got off the plane. In the morning we got up and walked a few steps to cafe Nero for coffee and breakfast, where we got a discount with our room key. They should have these hotels in every airport— the world would be a happier and healthier place. Cannot recommend highly enough. I thought the very small room was kind of fun. Super efficient.

It’s a bit of a strange one my review because the hotel itself is actually not bad. Very clean, friendly and informative staff, good size TV in the rooms. Only reason for my 3 star review is that I think for the price, the beds at other cheaper hotels such as Travelodge etc are more comfortable and I’m not overly keen on the bathroom layout. Having the toilet, sink and shower all inside one small area, so basically when you shower, everything else in there is getting wet guaranteed, isn’t how I’d prefer it. I like having the shower stall in its only little square and everything else just outside of that. So when you shower it’s either put the seat down so the part you sit on doesn’t get soaked or be happy with drying it each time you go to use it after a shower. But other than that like I said, the hotel is fine. I suppose if it’s just a quick stay over before a flight then most won’t be bothered.

The hotel at the Gatwick airport for the most part was pretty good. The only criticism in my room the shower was extremely cold. There was NO hot water. Unacceptable for the prices that you have to pay. I asked for reduction and they gave me nothing hence why the review isn’t a five star. When you pay that kind of airport price point you should be getting at least hot water!!

Room was very compact. TV wasnt straight , when i tried to straighten it.......lucky i caught the tv as it was just hanging on 2 screws in the wall. No tea naking in the room but they do have free hit drinks on 2 floors
