We had the most amazing stay at Romer House Waikiki! The room was cozy, the entire property was well maintained, the location was central, the staff were awesome, most especially the folks at the frontdesk. The service was a perfect 10! As guests, we felt at home. Everything about the hotel and everyone who worked there all made our vacation memorable. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again when we are back in Honolulu!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Stayed on the third floor and the street noise was very loud all night long. Next time we request a higher floor. Enjoyed all the dining options within walking distance.

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay at Romer House. The standard king room has enough space for us 2, bed was comfortable and the staffs are amazing. The only thing that was weird for us is the bathroom, the glass that divides the toilet and shower was very small, so every time we shower the water is dripping to the toilet side floor. The location is perfect for shopping as it is 1 min walk to the international market place and about 5 mins walk to Waikiki beach. It is also near to the bus stops which is perfect for people like us that uses public transport to go to places. Overall, we had a great stay and will surely book again if ever we come back to Waikiki.

Very nice hotel for the money. Bed was very comfortable. The employees are helpful and friendly. Rooms are not cleaned every day but we were told about it. Pool and bar area is very nice. Great drinks! Great location for shopping, nightlife and dining. would definitely stay again.

This property was right next to everything that was nice. However, extra charges will be mad when you get there around $600 if you have a rental car we were not aware of. Parking is confusing you park your car middle of the road grab your stuff. Hotel bathroom lights and air condition didn’t work had to switch rooms. Promised to get another nicer room and it was the same. Staff was not the friendly. I would not come back here.

Nice landing spot, two blocks from beach

Right in the middle of everything. Across the street from a target so you can pick up anything you forgot. Standard rooms are cruise ship small with a bigger bathroom. Glad we upgraded to the king luxe. Pay attention to room size.

Overall good place to stay

Overall good but we asked for linens and no one came. When we asked housekeeping the next day she said no one notified them. Also no one came to clean our room. The hotel itself is very nice, location convenient and rooms spacious.

It was good and they did everything right. Clean room. Not very big. Comfy bed. Nice furniture. Good bathroom. Good shower. No tub. Plenty of everything. Ultimately it wasn’t a very good fit for me because they had a pool area with cocktails and music, and I would have rather had a quiet place to drink coffee and work on my laptop. Location was great. No complaints about staff or anything. They do a good job. WiFi works great. People were having fun.

Good value, great service

Loved the location, paid less than beachfront and was a super easy walk to the beach. Best part was the staff, the front desk staff were amazing and everyone else in the hotel were super friendly. Very good value and great service.

In love with this hotel ! Already recommended to friends and family. This hotel is located near the international market (2 minute walk ) , it’s also a 10 min walk from the beach as well. Very convenient. The rooms are super clean , very spacious , beds are comfortable , bathroom is modernized, toilets are my favorite because they heat up your bottom lol , if you get a balcony you can see the view of the mountains . The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I’m in Waikiki.

We loved the restaurant for dinner, but found that service was not great especially our cleaning service. The hotel did give us a $50 food credit for our trouble but 1 cleaning service in 8 days is unacceptable. Also I had to change my own sheets after the room was “cleaned” as they just put the sheets on my suitcase. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and coffee regularly. The valet service was great and had a couple of the front desk ladies be very helpful, but also had a couple be quite dismissive to our requests. The pool is more like a large bath tub was not a fan of it. We won’t be staying there again
