Close to all the stores and shops but quiet and peaceful. Beach was just a short walk. Great staff and loved that you could get beach towels and chairs with the room rental. Pool was also super cute and clean for those who didn’t want to go to beach. Good size room.

The Staff were so nice and accommodating!! The only downside is that the parking is behind and across the street. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great! Nice walk up and down the Waikiki strip!

I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel was nice and clean, which made it very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to rent beach chairs and towels directly from the hotel. Another big plus was the location everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy. it was a pleasant and hassle free stay. I’d definitely come back!

Good option but value lacking

Great location and amenity. The beds are excellent good AC rear room was very quiet. Didn't use pool. $20US per day resort fee was a bit much for the occasional use of towels and a boogie board the claim was that it included use of room safe and coffee maker which aren't that exceptional to rate a "resort fee". Friendly staff. Good location. Should be cheaper

Good affordable place to stay in Waikiki

Honestly, it was a decent value on Waikiki Beach. The main issue really was parking, which is pricey, and unloading luggage to get it into the hotel was extremely difficult given the limited loading zone. Apart from that, the hotel room itself was great, the service/staff were fantastic, (shout out to Johnsen, he is wonderful and a hard worker), and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The highlight of this property was then allowing us to have early check in (we arrived at 9am) - then it went down hill. There was no TV in our room and no hair dryer. Room was super noisy of a night too, being on a main road! Staff were lovely but super disappointed with no tv considering they advertise tv in room.

We love this place!! Affordable for the location and convenience. The hotel is a little older and isn’t spotless but still a really good stay. The upgraded the bathrooms which is really nice. The staff is AMAZING! So friendly and gets stuff to your room fast. This is ur second time staying here and they remember us and made this stay extra special.

Outstanding stay at the Polynesian! They graciously let us check in early and were very kind and helpful. They had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach! 5-7 min walk to the beach and our parking badge worked without any issues. Room has standard amenities…microwave, iron, fridge, coffee, etc. We even had a balcony overlooking the city! Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. There is an ABC store on every corner for your convenience. We actually had to drive by the hotel a few times before we found it. Their front door is nestled away in between some other stores, a little tough to see. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend the Polynesian! For the price is was well worth it!

Loved our stay at the Polynesian Residences. The staff was so friendly and helpful and quick to respond to even the small issues we had (the last guest locked the safe open). Although it is not a high end resort, it is clean, safe, and conveniently located not far from the beach. It also has a very nice pool area, and the free to use beach towels and beach chairs was an added plus. Great value for the money.
